** NOTICE ** As of January 29, 2018, Storm Shield Phone Call Alerts has been discontinued.

WHY WAS IT DISCONTINUED?
While the phone calling service itself (powered by WeatherCall Services) is a solid and reliable technology for weather alerts, as a company we were not able to continue offering the Storm Shield Phone Call Alerts product based on new product priorities in 2018 and beyond.

WILL I STILL GET PHONE CALL ALERTS?
Because Storm Shield Phone Call Alerts has been discontinued, you will no longer receive phone call alerts when severe weather alerts are issued.

WILL I GET A REFUND?
If you had time remaining on your most recent active annual subscription, your credit card will be refunded with a pro-rated amount for the balance of the time remaining on your subscription.

WILL I BE CHARGED AGAIN WHEN MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION WOULD HAVE RENEWED?
If your subscription to Storm Shield Phone Call Alerts is still active, your annually-renewing subscription has been turned OFF so your credit card will not get billed again.

I STILL WANT TO RECEIVE PHONE CALL ALERTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you still want to receive severe weather phone call alerts, you can sign up directly with WeatherCall Services, the same reliable phone calling technology that powered Storm Shield Phone Call Alerts. Visit them at http://weathercallservices.com.

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO RECEIVE SEVERE WEATHER ALERTS?
Storm Shield App for iOS and Android devices continues to exist. You can download Storm Shield for iOS at the Apple App Store, and Storm Shield for Android at the Google Play Store.
